Sophie is a dual masters qualified UKCP and BACP registered Integrative Adult and Child Psychotherapist with more than 6 years’ experience with adults and children providing high standards of 1-1 therapy within a variety of different sectors.
Sophie uses an integrative model within her work with both adults and children, drawing upon developmental, relational, attachment and gestalt theory and practice. Sophie describes "Through using this model with clients in a range of ways, I believe it can be effective in giving people the resources and pathways for living a more fulfilling life and relationships whilst offering a safe, non-judgmental confidential space".

Sophie's clinical work spans a range of settings with adults, young people, children and families. Providing high standards of therapy within a variety of different sectors including education, multi-disciplinary teams, residential services, CAMHS, fostering and looked-after children. Sophie offers integrative, tailored therapy based on the individual's needs, preferences and goals. Sophie describes "by using phenomenological enquiry and relational process it is possible to reframe and understand thoughts and feelings in a different way".
