ONLINE THERAPY
ONLINE THERAPY
AT LUXE PSYCHOLOGY PRACTICE ALL CLIENTS RECEIVE THE SAME QUALITY OF TREATMENT DESPITE IF IT IS CONDUCTED VIA VIDEO-CALL
OR IN-PERSON
Provider
Online therapy allows therapy to be conducted from the comfort of your own home. Since the COVID-19 pandemic online therapy has become more popular and well-recognised as an effective approach to therapy.
Many clients find online therapy beneficial due to the accessibility and convenience it offers as it allows them to incorporate regular sessions into their week or some find it a helpful approach if they travel often. Other clients find online therapy beneficial due to physical or emotional difficulties that make in-person therapy a challenge.
We understand that online therapy may not work for everyone as different forms of therapy suit different people.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
At Luxe Psychology Practice all clients will receive the same quality of treatment despite if it is conducted in-person or via video call. Psychological research has consistently shown that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy.
