CHILD & ADOLESCENT THERAPY
Growing up can bring a wide range of emotional and social challenges, and it’s not always easy for young people to express how they’re feeling. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space for children and adolescents to explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence.

Our team of HCPC-registered psychologists and qualified psychotherapists, accredited by BACP or UKCP are experienced in working with children and young people. We use evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s age, needs, and developmental stage.
For younger children, therapy may include creative and play-based techniques to help them express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable. For adolescents, sessions often focus on understanding emotions, managing stress, and developing resilience.

Sessions are available in person or online, depending on the young person’s needs and preferences.
