At Luxe Psychology Practice, you won’t be speaking with an assistant or administrative staff. Instead, your discovery call will be with a registered practitioner, ensuring you receive expert guidance and accurate information about your mental health care. During this call, the practitioner will explore your needs and help match you with the most suitable therapist.
Please note: They are discovery calls only; they are not full therapy sessions. However, you will have the opportunity to ask the practitioner about treatment advice or guidance.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your consultation call.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a £20 late cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the practitioner’s time, as the slot cannot be offered to another client at short notice.
