At Luxe Psychology Practice, you won’t be speaking with an assistant or administrative staff. Instead, your consultation call will be with a registered practitioner, ensuring you receive expert guidance and accurate information about your mental health care. During this call, the practitioner will explore your needs and help match you with the most suitable therapist. Please note: consultation calls are discovery calls only; they are not therapy sessions. However, you will have the opportunity to ask a psychologist about treatment advice or guidance.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please inform us 48 hours prior to your consultation call. For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time or no shows you will be charged a fee of £10.
