At Luxe Psychology Practice, you won't be communicating with an assistant or a member of an administrative team; instead, you will speak directly with a registered psychologist during your consultation call to guarantee that you are receiving expert guidance and information regarding your mental health treatment. Please note: consultation calls are discovery calls only; they are not therapy sessions. However, you will have the opportunity to ask a psychologist about treatment advice or guidance. Once you make your online booking you will receive an email from a member of our team to confirm the consultation call.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please inform us 48 hours prior to your consultation call. For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time or no shows you will be charged a fee of £10.
